Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
"Account" means a unique account created if you register in the application. If you use the app as a guest, you do not use a unique account.

We collect different types of data depending on which app you are using and its core functionality:
1. Kembalikan Foto Video File (Data Recovery App)
Data Collected: We request permission to scan your device's internal storage to recover accidentally deleted photos, videos, and other file types.
How We Use It: All scanning is performed locally on your device. The app reads file metadata (names, types, sizes, dates) to identify recoverable files. We do not upload, store, or transmit your recovered files or media to our servers.
Permissions Used: READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO (Android 13+), or MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below) solely for the purpose of deep scanning and recovery.
2. Kasir (Cashier / POS App)
Data Collected: Transaction data (items sold, prices, quantities, dates), customer names (if you choose to input them), and business financial records.
How We Use It: To manage sales, generate invoices, track inventory, and provide sales reports. This data is stored locally on your device or in your personal cloud backup (if enabled). We do not access your financial data for marketing purposes.
Data Retention: Transaction records are retained for up to 24 months to allow you to review historical sales and for tax/accounting purposes.
3. Keyboard Touchpad Gamepad
Data Collected: This app functions as an input device. It does not collect or store keystrokes, passwords, or personal messages. It may collect basic Usage Data (e.g., app version, device model) for crash reporting and performance improvements.
How We Use It: To transmit your touch inputs to the connected device or game. No input data is saved or transmitted to our servers.
4. Game Harvest Moon (Farming Game)
Data Collected: Game progress data (e.g., farm level, crops, inventory, coins), and optional device identifiers for saving game states.
How We Use It: To save your game progress locally on your device. If you choose cloud save features (if available), data is stored securely to allow syncing across devices.
Children's Privacy: This game does not target children under 13, but if we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
5. Film Animasi (Animation/Media App)
Data Collected: This app may collect viewing preferences (e.g., which videos or animations you watch) to improve recommendations.
How We Use It: To enhance your user experience. We do not share your viewing history with third-party advertisers.
Permissions: We do not access your external photos or videos unless you manually select media to upload or view within the app.
6. File Manager
Data Collected: Access to your device's file system to allow you to browse, organize, copy, move, and delete files.
How We Use It: All file operations are performed locally on your device. We do not read, copy, or transmit your files to any external servers.
Permission: Uses MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE solely for core file management functionality.
General Data Collection
Email Address
We may collect your email address if you:
Create an account within any of our apps.
Contact us for customer support.
Subscribe to newsletters or updates (with your consent).
Usage Data
We may collect anonymous Usage Data (such as app version, device model, session duration, and crash logs) across all our apps to:

Monitor and maintain the Service.
We use Google Analytics or similar services to collect this data in an aggregated, anonymized form.

Data Retention
We retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined:
Email and account data: As long as your account remains active, or until you request deletion.
Transaction data (Kasir): Up to 24 months for financial and tax purposes.
Support tickets: Up to 24 months from ticket closure.
Backup retention: Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period consistent with our backup retention schedule and are only restored where necessary for security, disaster recovery, or legal compliance.
Anonymization: In some cases, we convert Personal Data into anonymous statistical data that cannot be linked back to you. This anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for research and analytics.
When retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize Personal Data.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your data is primarily stored locally on your device. If data is stored in the cloud (e.g., for backup or sync features), it may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside your jurisdiction. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as encryption and compliance with GDPR or other applicable laws.

Note: Deleting data in the Kasir app (transaction history) may affect your ability to generate reports. We will retain data only as required by law (e.g., tax records).
